Encouragement for Anything: Four Concepts.

Straight Up Encouragement for Anything: Four Concepts.

Sometimes, it's just nice (or really needed) to be reminded of a few things. We are incredibly blessed in so many ways in our lives, but the ups and downs and the "AFGM's" (Another F-ing Growth Moments) can be downright debilitating at times if not super annoying, and everything in between.

Spirit-Mother-Father-God sent this to me a few months ago. Consider these four areas anytime you need a little encouragement.

  1. The Domino/Ripple Effect. You were Divinely Created and you matter in a significant way. It might be your career, it might be your teaching, it might be your parenting, it might be your friendships; it might be your hugs and smiles; it might be your expertise; it might be that one thing you said at that one It’s most likely a combination of many things. ~ We will not know the true impact of our gifts and gestures until we return Home. Until then, remember that one tiny act can have a ripple effect for days, months, years, decades, and more. Please do not diminish yourself or what you are or are not doing. Trust. You matter.
  2. You have the Divine Responsibility to find your truest self and live it. You and all of us are also called to allow everyone else to find theirs. It is these distinct and unique qualities that keep the world goin’ round, provide the color commentary of human existence, and the masterful and oftentimes yet to be imagined breakthroughs. That doesn’t mean you tolerate toxic relationships or disrespect. It means that you-do-you with full self-expression and freedom as much as possible, walking alongside others doing the same, albeit with a lovely energetic barrier if needed. Is there something that is making you feel less-than? Are you concerned about what others think of you? Are you trying to fit into a mold, a set of standards, your family or friends' expectations? You are being called to live YOUR truth in a way that does not intentionally hurt anyone. In fact, you MUST do this?! Please hear me. You do not need an excuse and you are not in charge of other people’s reactions. Live your truth! It’s not an option so I want you to feel empowered to do it, even if it calls for courage and tenacity.
  3. It’s All Good. I know. How can I say that with buildings crumbling, 100+ heat waves, war-torn countries, high taxes, hurt, loss, grief, Covid…Covid…Covid, and, a barrage of other disasters and disparaging news? We do not know the entire picture and how it is unfolding around, and for us. We can awaken every day and start with gratitude to raise our vibrations and that of the world. We can set productive, beneficial, loving, and enthusiastic intentions for how we want to feel and how we want others to feel. We can be better listeners. We can feel mercy and compassion at higher levels. We can try harder to understand when it would be easier to allow frustration or contempt. We must trust when we’re in the dark tunnels. It will all make sense when we return Home. The giant puzzle and all the pieces do fit together but think about a real puzzle – the biggest puzzle you can imagine…you cannot see how the piece in the far right corner will support the far left corner, but it does. Our Divinely Inspired journeys will make sense.
  4. JUST DO THIS. I recently heard this from one of my show guests in the form of a response from a stranger in a doctor’s room. Emilie asked the question and greeting that so many of us do…How are you? The answer she heard was brilliant. I’m just trying to be a better human. So, I'll wrap this up first with my go-to favorite when I need uplifting, and add in my new one.

This or something better….and I am just trying to be a better human.

And, as we continue to evolve and push our own boundaries of growth, strive for one percent better, every day and every day after. We can all do that.

I love you. You matter. We journey together. Supporting your walk of clarity with fewer burdens and more joy is my calling because that contributes to unity consciousness and oneness. Can I help you with an individual issue or problem? Reach out to me via my contact page.
