Being Locked in Your Own Prison

I've been taking the last few months off from a lot of my normal routine to truly re-think and study my purpose and calling in this lifetime. As I look back at some of my previous posts, I realize that I've grown in some areas, not-so-much in others and I've sort of coasted in a few spots. Your Thoughts Are Hurting You

Yes, your thoughts are hurting you more than you realize, unless you are aware of negativity bias and how to prevent it. I certainly wasn't.
