Age Appropriate Exercise For Wellness

Don't get me wrong, I love that my 50+-year-old body is strong, capable and reliable, but I also realize that some of my chronic aches and pains are from overuse and my years of rigorous training (and teaching). The older we get the more important it is to identify age appropriate exercise for wellness.
